Effective date: 19 October 2026. This policy covers Mulan (暮览 / 暮覽), the iOS app and its bundled Safari extension, developed by Concise.
Mulan changes the appearance of websites on your device. It does not require an account and has no developer-operated backend, advertising SDK or analytics service. The developer does not collect or upload your browsing history or webpage content through the app.
The Safari extension needs permission to read webpage content and modify styles on the websites you allow. It uses webpage styles and images to calculate colors. The extension may request external stylesheets or images used by the page. These additional requests do not intentionally include login credentials. The resource server still receives the request and ordinary connection information, such as your IP address. Websites and their resource providers handle those requests under their own policies. Mulan is not a VPN, tracking blocker or anonymity service.
Your display mode, theme, image brightness and custom website settings are stored on the device and shared between the app and its extension through an App Group. A custom website setting includes its hostname. The website list shows sites you have customized; it is not a browsing-history log. Subdomains have separate settings. Mulan does not provide iCloud synchronization.
Feedback is not sent automatically. If you use the system share sheet, the report includes the text you enter and the app and iOS versions. You choose whether to save or send it and choose the destination. Do not include passwords or other sensitive information. If you contact support by email, we receive your email address and the information you send and use them to respond to your request. Your chosen mail or sharing provider processes the message under its own policy.
You can change or remove a website's custom settings in the app, disable the extension for a website, or revoke its website access in Safari settings. Removing custom settings does not remove information held by websites or information you have separately shared with a support provider.

显示方式、主题、图片亮度与网站独立设置保存在本机，并通过 App Group 在应用与扩展之间共享。网站独立设置包含网站主机名；网站列表只显示您调整过的网站，不是浏览历史记录。不同子域名分别保存设置。暮览不提供 iCloud 同步。
反馈不会自动发送。使用系统分享菜单时，反馈包含您填写的内容以及应用和 iOS 版本。是否保存或发送、发送到哪里，均由您决定。请勿填写密码等敏感信息。若您通过邮件联系支持，我们会收到您的邮箱地址和主动提供的信息，并用于回复您的请求。您选择的邮件或分享服务按其自身政策处理消息。
您可以在应用中调整或移除网站独立设置，为特定网站关闭扩展，或在 Safari 设置中撤销网站访问权限。移除网站独立设置不会删除网站自行保存的数据，也不会删除您已另外发送给支持服务的信息。
